         Notification on Business management Structure change
    (Notice of telecommuting and staggered working hours at Tokyo Branch Office)

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your exceptional cooperation as
usual.
In order to prevent new coronavirus infections, we decided to carry out telecommuting
as well as staggered work shift again at our Tokyo Branch. Please refer following
information as our future response.
We will notice again when we return to our regular work, so we ask for your
understanding and cooperation.
