\r\nsignificant contributions to the development of Japan’s machinery industry through research and
\r\ndevelopment related to original, innovative, and cost-effective machinery industry technologies and the

\r\nThe award-winning “Industry’s first high-durability dry vacuum pump for carbon dioxide capture” is a
\r\nscrew type dry vacuum pump that inherits the design philosophy and know-how cultivated as a vacuum
\r\npioneer in heavy duty applications in general industry. In addition to adopting a unique “variable pitch
\r\nlead zero edge screw rotor” and special mechanisms, it also offers excellent maintainability. Particularly
\r\nfor DAC (Direct Air Capture) equipment, the pump combines high durability, able to withstand the
\r\nsuction of large amounts of water and solids along with carbon dioxide, with excellent energy efficiency.
