We will participate in the exhibition, “VACUUM 2025”

Our Component Division offers a wide range of vacuum pumps, including oil-sealed
rotary vacuum pumps and mechanical boosters, the standard for industrial furnaces, as
well as extremely robust water ring vacuum pumps that are widely used in harsh
applications such as the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

Our unique dry pump technology has also been highly praised, with our “Tough”, “Clean”,
and “Eco-friendly” dry pumps being adopted by M/s RITE, for the DAC demonstration
equipment being researched at the 2025 World Exposition, Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
All of our pumps are highly rated for their durability and reliability, and we will continue
to contribute to a wide range of industries.

Our Equipment Division offers thin-film, plasma, and heat treatment technologies used
in the manufacture of semiconductors and electronic devices.
The semiconductor market is expected to experience remarkable growth after 2025, and
development and production are being strengthened in Japan.
Collaborating with various companies enables innovations that we could not achieve alone.

We are also working to propose and provide a lineup of equipment capable of handling
large substrates (□600mm), which are attracting attention as next-generation packaging.
