On February 20, 2026, the commendation ceremony of the 60th Machine Industry
Awards by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry was held at Tokyo
Prince Hotel in Shiba Park, Tokyo.

This award recognizes research and development as well as support projects that
demonstrate outstanding originality, innovation, and economic value. This year,
18 projects received awards.

Our dry vacuum pump received the Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry
Chairman’s Award as “the industry’s first highly durable dry pump that enables carbon
dioxide capture.” President and Representative Director, Kitanaka along with five
development team members took the stage and received the certificate of commendation
from Mr. Kazuaki Kama, Chairman of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry.

Encouraged by this award, we will continue to contribute to the realization of a
sustainable society through our highly reliable and durable vacuum technology.
