SHINKO SEIKI CO., LTD. will be exhibiting at “REIF Fukushima 2026,” to be held from 

October 15 (Thu) to October 16 (Fri), 2026.

At our booth, we will introduce the following solutions utilizing vacuum technology and 

surface modification technology as part of our efforts toward realizing a hydrogen society.

 

For vacuum insulated equipment such as liquid hydrogen tanks and vacuum insulated 

piping, an optimal evacuation system cannot be built based on simple pump performance alone.

At Shinko Seiki, we support the improvement of vacuum insulation performance 

for liquid hydrogen equipment through:

Shinko Seiki’s proprietary nano multilayer DLC technology is a surface modification 

technology aimed at achieving both low friction and wear resistance.

We will introduce our efforts toward application to sliding challenges unique to hydrogen 

equipment, such as high-pressure hydrogen environments, cryogenic environments, and 

high-temperature environments.

We also welcome consultations regarding sampling and evaluation of various components.
