We exhibited our technology at the 13th Micro/Nano Engineering
Symposium of the Division of Micro/Nano Engineering of the Japan Society
of Mechanical Engineers.

We displayed various coating samples, focusing on DLC systems and ADMS
sputtering systems, and visitors were able to experience the slipperiness of
DLC coatings.
