Highlights of the exhibition:

Vacuum Equipment Division: As next-generation packaging technology is
attracting attention, we will apply our existing technology and experience
to exhibit sputtering equipment, etching equipment, and annealing/curing
furnaces that are compatible with large substrates (600mm square, 510x515mm)

Component Division: We will exhibit dry vacuum pump. Screw-type dry pumps
are highly durable and have a proven track record in hard processes.
Other products on display include oil-sealed rotary vacuum pumps, water ring
vacuum pumps, and mechanical boosters.
