As our headquarter is located in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, we will be exhibiting in
collaboration with Kobe-related companies.
We will be introducing our high-density thin film formation technologies and products that
are compatible with semiconductor manufacturing processes.

The semiconductor market is expected to experience remarkable growth from 2024 onwards,
and development and production are being strengthened in Japan.
Example applications include the commercialization of AI (artificial intelligence) and
5G and 6G high-speed communication technologies for networking and communication systems
(diversifying adoption to include autonomous robots, sensing functions, and autonomous driving).
The various semiconductors and electronic devices that make up these devices are
manufactured using a combination of our thin film, plasma, and heat treatment technologies.

Leveraging the vacuum technology and experience we have built up over the 76 years since
our founding, we are challenging ourselves to develop new technologies such as next-generation
packaging (interposers, chiplets, etc.) and working to be able to make proposals and provide
them to our customers.
