We, SHINKO SEIKI CO., LTD. asked the cooperation of all customer until end of March,
however, we would extend duration of the task considering present situation that the virus are
spreading in the country. We would like to have your kind understanding on the request.

【Judgement on visiting our company = Unchanged】
　□Basically, we would ask you to cancel or postpone your unsodden, unnecessary visit to our company.
　　Please set up meetings by telephone, email, or FAX as much as possible.
　□Any customers enter our company for work, delivery of goods is limited in healthy personnel.

【Conditions that cannot visit our company = Unchanged】
　□Having symptom of cold or fevers more than 37.5 degrees Celsius.
　□Stayed abroad for latest 14 days.
　□Having close contact with the person mentioned above for latest 14 days.
　□Supposed to have close contact with the new coronavirus infected person.

【Correspondence requested at the time of the visit to our company = Unchanged】
　□Please wear a mask, If you could.
　　Please note our employee may wear a mask too.
　□When it is necessary to visit our company, please contact our person in charge and confirm
　　the acceptance of the visit in advance.
