The “Zero Waste Operation”, an environmental beautification campaign in Shiga Prefecture,
was held on Saturday, May 31, sponsored by Moriyama City, where our Shiga Moriyama Plant is located.

On that day, we participated in a cleanup activity around the Kihama shore of Lake Biwa together
with Mayor Morinaka, city hall officials, local residents’ association members, and companies
participating in the Sansui Association.
