The “Ritsu Mori Summer School” was held at Ritsumeikan Moriyama Junior and Senior High
School on Saturday, July 12th. Since 2022, we have participated every year in the Vacuum
Science Show, where children can experience physical phenomenon in a vacuum right before
their eyes.

In this experience class, Ritsumeikan Moriyama junior and senior high school science teachers
acted as lecturers for the upper elementary school children who participated, and the children
predicted the results of the experiment, and after seeing the actual phenomenon, they were
able to experience Ritsumeikan Moriyama’s education by thinking about why it happened.
It was an impressive day, with the children’s eyes shining as they saw a phenomenon for the
first time.
