In regard to handling of personal information, the company strictly observes
“Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (Private Information Protection Law)
and other related government ordinance and guidelines.

3.Purpose of Use

The company uses provided personal information for the following purposes,
・to deliver information of our services and products.
・for screening work for recruitment.
・to deliver information about the company.
・for other matters incidental on and related to our business

4. Matters of Security Control Measurement and Supervision of Employees and Trustees

About personal data, the company takes necessary and proper security control
measurement to prevent from leakage, loss and damage etc.
Also, employees and trustees (including re-trustees) who handle personal data
are under necessary and proper supervision.
In regard to security control measurement for personal data,
“Regulation for Personal Information Handling” is provided separately.

5. Procedures on Demand from Principal

Please contact a department specified in Clause 7 of this policy in case of a demand
for release, revision, addition or deletion, suspension or deletion of use, and suspension
of offer regarding the hold personal data which is provided in Privacy Protection Law
(Article 33-1, 34-1, 35-1, and 35-3) by a principal or an agent. The company will charge \800
per case for handling charge besides actual expense as to a demand to release the hold personal data.
It is free of charge for demand of revision, addition or deletion, and suspension of use.

The company will continuously attempt to improve an approach to handling the policy and personal information.
